LTC Mike Moose is Chairman of the Department JROTC Program. ROA JROTC awards were presented by USCG Ensign Cornell C. Richards III to Cadet LTC Ellis Brown and Cadet Sergeant Major Josh Salvador. The awards ceremony took place on 20 May 2024 at Hillside High School, Durham, NC. 1SG Matthews represented the Army JROTC cadre.
