This current list also shows the ROTC Detachments which have requested an ROA Presenter. Feel free to contact any of these ROTC programs, who have not yet requested anyone, if you are interested in attending their ceremony. Each of these ROTC programs have their contact Info posted on Their websites. Just keep LTC Mike Moose informed, wuvamoose@hotmail.com. Some schools may conduct joint events. Some schools may not require ROA Presenters.

Membership in ROA is open to all college ROTC Cadets and ALL Ranks of ALL Military Services. ROA Associate Membership is FREE for 5 years or until the individual reaches the age of 35.
