The ROA STARs Foundation accomplishes its mission through philanthropy, top-level educational forums, pro bono legal information, scholarships, tools and resources to support service members and their families, events and programs that recognize the contributions of the men and women serving or who have served in the Reserve Components, charitable support to reserve component service members and their families to improve the quality of life of service members, veterans and their families. ROA STARs Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which was Incorporated in October 2012. The Foundation is an organization of patriotic individuals and corporations who Stand Together for America’s Reservists.

NC State ROA ROTC Award Ceremony

LTC Kevin Leitch presented ROA ROTC Award Certificates and medal sets to Cadet Holman and Cadet MacMullen. Participating in the awards ceremony were approximately 120 cadets and 20 instructor cadre. According to LTC Leitch, the Wolfpack" battalion will commission 22 officers this term.

Department member Brigadier General Ferdinand Irizarry presented the ROA gold medal and award certificate to cadets R.J. Wilkins and C.F. Hyten at the UNC Charlotte Army ROTC awards banquet on 27 March 2025.
